Yes, you can hide the delivery date field for certain shipping methods. Follow the steps mentioned here -
1. Go to the "Delivery Schedule" tab
2. Click on "Add custom delivery schedule" and select shipping method and uncheck 'Enable Delivery Date' option and save the settings.
3. Enable Toggle button
Now, the delivery date field won't display for the selected shipping methods.
