Yes, we send the dummy data in our test email. We don't have actual data to add in the test email hence we display the customer's name as John, two dummy products, coupon code as TESTCOUPON etc. However, when the actual abandon cart recovery emails are sent out, these merge tags will be replaced with the customer's cart data.
The test emails have wrong or dummy data. Is it supposed to work this way? Print
