The setting "Send Abandoned cart reminders automatically using Action Scheduler" located at Abandoned Carts > Settings > General needs to be enabled to send the reminder emails automatically as per the set time. Please check if this setting is enabled or not? If it is enabled and still, the automatic reminder email is not sending then please contact our support team.
